BISSE SWEETS (1st floor) has a variety of Hokkaido confectionaries, which offers sweets available only at BISSE. These include a sandwich cake consisting of fresh whipped cream, custard cream, sweet red beans and other sweet ingredients wrapped with an omelet base, and a white parfait that has milk puddings, home-made cheeses, whipped cream and condensed milk.
