Odori Park Tourist Information
Available Language: Japanese
There are 3 volunteer staff on call regularly to assisting visitors. They are available to give visitors sightseeing information (pamphlets also available) as well as assiting with photo shoots.

Odori Park Information & Official Shop

There are permanent staff available to assist visitors at Odori Park as well as interpretation services by phone for foreign visitors in English, Chinese and Korean. Odori Park original goods and “Sapporo Smile” certified goods are sold at the Official Shop.

Sapporo International Communication Plaza

This Plaza is located in the building right across from the Sapporo Clock Tower and is a facility mainly for foreign visitors. There are permanent staff available who speak English. Visitors can take advantage of the “Communication Salon” where you can use Wi-Fi for free during business hours.

Jozankei Tourist Information Center

The full-time staff provide guidance on accommodation and hot springs, as well as giving recommendations on the best way to have fun during the particular season. They always have brochures for various Jozankei facilities available. They also have an annex of the Jozankei Folk Museum, which you can visit for free.. There is a corner selling local products as well as a cafe where people can rest.
