Its most famous menu items include the Fruit Sandwich, which features fresh fruit sandwiched between reduced sweetness whipping cream, and the Red King Crab Salad Sandwich, which uses a hearty helping of flaky red king crab leg meat. Other must-try menu items include the Shrimp Katsu Sandwich, deep fried only after you order it, and Smoked Chicken Sandwich, which the owner says he eats almost every day. From the moment it opens, the shop is abuzz with customers who dine in or order takeout, and three generations of the same family keep coming back.
