2月21日の地震発生直後から地下鉄の運行を中止し、安全確認のため地下鉄施設等の点検を進めておりましたが、下記のとおり全線で運行を再開しました。
・南北線 全線で運行再開(22日4時47分ごろ)
・東豊線 全線で運行再開(22日4時15分ごろ)
・東西線 全線で運行再開(22日5時03分ごろ)

<一時滞在施設等について>

2月21日(木曜日)21時22分に発生した地震への対応として札幌駅前通地下歩行空間を一時滞在施設として開放していましたが、22日8時に閉鎖し、通常どおりの利用となります。また、あわせて21日24時30分から札幌市民交流プラザを開放していましたが、22日7時00分に閉鎖しました。

The Sapporo Community Plaza, which was also open from 12:30 am on the 21st has closed as of 7:00 am on the 22nd.

Disaster response headquarter was set up at 21:22.
