不知不觉,感觉就在眨眼的一瞬间。我在札幌已有半年以上了。在这短短半年的生活里,却有满满的色彩与回忆。可是唯一个感觉让我这一生里也没遇上多少次也非常渴望的就是…在这里的无数次的~感动~

我是一位甜品追求者。为了可以做到好吃又令人幸福的蛋糕,不惜一切的来到这里追求我的梦想。

 

Unknowingly, I stay in sapporo have half year already. In this half year, my life was full of colors and memories. But the most feeling is  touches that I not often can met it in my life.

I am a desserts suitor. So as to become a chef that can make the nice and happiness cakes, I come to Japan to chase my dream.

第一天学的蛋糕,法国甜品,叫做Financier[金融家]。有钱人的意思。这形状是来自于古代的金条形状作出来的。这蛋糕的特色是外层是脆脆的,里面是松软的,最令人难忘的是那焦香的奶油味。

 

My first cake lesson. It’s call Financier, is a French pastry. It’s means rich man. The shape is like a  gold bar ,  cause it’s came from the real gold bar shape at long time ago. This cake the special place is the surface is crunchy and inside is soft. The most unforgettable is the brown butter taste.

奶油蛋糕。 虽然是非常基本的蛋糕。在做这蛋糕的开始,抹奶油,挤花,到包装,全部都很讲究的。

Butter cream cake. However is a basic cake but start from baking this cake ,coating ,piping until packing it, all is very  discreet.

这是来到这里的第一个惊喜。在准备比赛当中真的非常的辛苦,不过到最后成功了。非常感恩老师的教导。

This is the first surprise in my Japan life. It was nightmare when preparing for this competition but at the end I gained the success. Very appreciate to my teacher.

 

接下来是寻找幸福的味道。

Next, is finding the happiness shops.

这是我第一推荐的咖啡厅叫cocoro scone café.虽然只是一间能坐八个人的店面,可是这整个店里传来的是幸福和温暖的感觉。Scone和蛋糕也好吃的无法形容的陶醉在空中的感觉。整个店面,从头到尾只有一位老板娘在做,所以需要点时间等待。她不会因为客人多而急忙的准备,她依然是一步一节奏细心的准备,急性子的我也非常愿意享受着这等待的时间,我想这答案也只有吃过的人才会知道。

 

This is the best café that I eaten. It’s call cocoro scone café. However is a very small shop that  just can seat 8 peoples shop. But this shop is full of happiness and warm. The scones and cakes is very awesome that can’t describe it. This shop is completely all do by the owner herself, so need some time to wait . She won’t because got a lot of customer then rush it. She still prepare steadily and carefully, impatient of me is very willing to enjoy this waiting time, I think this answer was just the people who went to eat before knew it.
